Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and promoting prosperity in your community.

You must hold an active EA/CPA/Attorney license with PTIN and be willing to work onsite, 20+ hours weekly. Expect a competitive compensation package and employee discounts on Intuit products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain required State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base with marketing support.
