Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Role is non-exempt, part-time, and requires on-site presence. You will engage with customers, build long-term relationships, and support marketing efforts with state-of-the-art tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state returns filed per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and online.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
