• Prepare client advisory materials for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, conversions and reorganizations.
• Support on issues such as tax compliance, unrelated business income, and governance matters.
• Engage directly with partners and clients on sophisticated nonprofit matters with growth toward equity partnership.
