Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
• You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
• NACES or AICE evaluation recommended for equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and prepare schedules.
• Assign work based on priorities and employees' capabilities.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
• Advise and instruct employees on work and administrative matters.
• Interview candidates and recommend appointment or reassignment.
• Hear and resolve complaints and address grievances.
• Identify developmental needs and arrange training to improve performance.
• Analyze guidance and data to advise on program impact and compliance.
• Prepare regular production/inventory reports and other required documentation.
