Responsibilities

• Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, capabilities of employees, and assignment requirements.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinates and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
• Provide coaching and instruction on work and administrative matters; interview candidates and recommend appointments.
• Oversee complex or sensitive casework and ensure proper documentation and escalation as needed.
• Identify trends and compliance risks and implement corrective actions to improve program effectiveness.
