Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Tax School Facilitator to deliver engaging tax education on location across multiple Indiana and Ohio sites. You will teach federal and state tax concepts, facilitate discussions, and guide hands‑on tax return practice to adult learners.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex tax topics clearly. You will stay current on IRS updates and collaborate with the training team to align materials with standards.

Competenze

• 1 year prior teaching and the ability to speak and facilitate a small group of students (Usually 5–10).
• Previous teaching, training, or instructional experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to break down learnings and explain lessons.
• Proficiency with computers, software and presenting.
• Patient, motivating, and student‑focused demeanor.
• 6 week course, 6.5 teaching hours per week in office.
