Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) Product Management Senior Manager to drive the lifecycle of proprietary technology solutions for the tax practice. The role requires deep tax and tech product development knowledge and a proven track record of launching products that enable professional services delivery.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in tax and/or technology product management.
• Four+ years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Four+ years in technology product management with a track record of launching and managing products, preferred.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and individuals, preferred.
• Experience with process design and/or improvement, preferred.
• Experience as a product owner for enterprise tax applications delivering professional services, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the vision and product roadmap aligned with tax practice strategy.
• Manages product scope, budget, and timeline.
• Leads the product team in delivering value.
• Coordinates with Value Management Office to track business value.
• Oversees requirements/user stories and prerelease reviews.
• Manages deployment, adoption, and change management plans.
• Oversees post-release user support and product maintenance plans.
