Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) Product Management Senior Manager to guide the lifecycle of proprietary tax technology solutions. You will lead a talented product team, align with tax practice strategy, and drive value through disciplined roadmaps and releases.

Ideal candidates will have deep tax domain knowledge, proven product development skills, and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments to deliver professional services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in tax and/or technology product management.
• Four or more years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in technology product management with a track record of launching and managing products, preferred.
• Experience with enterprise tax applications that support delivering professional services, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the vision and product roadmap to maximize value and align with tax practice strategy.
• Manages product scope, budget, and timeline; leads the product team to deliver value.
• Oversees requirements/user stories and coordinates with development and QA teams.
• Coordinates with business and technical stakeholders for release logistics and prerelease approvals.
• Manages deployment, adoption, and change management plans post-release.
• Mentors product management staff and ensures resources meet objectives.
