Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation Product Management Senior Manager to lead proprietary tech solutions for the tax practice, guiding product lifecycle and delivering value to clients. You will align tax strategy with technology, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful releases across dispersed business units in a complex environment.

Ideal candidates have deep tax knowledge and strong experience launching enterprise-grade tax applications that support

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of experience in tax and/or technology product management.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in technology product management with a track record of launching and managing product, preferred.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and individuals, preferred.
• Experience serving in a product management/product owner role for enterprise grade tax applications that support the delivery of professional services, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the vision and product roadmap to maximize value delivered by ensuring the prioritization of the roadmap is aligned with tax practice strategy and needs.
• Manages product scope, budget, and timeline.
• Leads the product team in delivering value.
• Coordinates with Value Management Office to track and report business value and value creation.
• Evaluate requests for capabilities from the practice to determine options and recommendations.
