Job summary

BDO USA in the United States seeks a Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation (DTI) Product Management Senior Manager to own the lifecycle of proprietary tax tech solutions that support the firm’s services. You will drive vision, roadmap, and value realization across tax practice teams and clients.

You will lead a cross-functional product team, gather requirements, manage releases, and ensure alignment to BDO’s tax technology strategy, with a focus on delivering business value and measurable

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in tax and/or technology product management.
• Four or more years of experience in tax, preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in technology product management with a track record of launching and managing products.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and individuals, preferred.
• Experience with process design and/or improvement, preferred.
• Experience serving in a product management/product owner role for enterprise-grade tax applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmap aligned with tax practice strategy.
• Manage product scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee requirements/user stories and test plans.
• Coordinate with tax practice and technical teams for releases.
• Mentor and supervise product management staff.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project status.
