Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years financial industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access).
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
• FIS Global Plus experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Able to work in an agile team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct side-by-side reviews of two core data sets to identify, document, and resolve discrepancies across feeds.
• Perform daily reconciliation of dual data streams, identifying discrepancies and investigating root causes.
• Identify processes that can benefit from automation or changes to reduce manual dependencies.
• Lead and document special projects as assigned by the Tax Operations manager.
• Learn source data for tax lot maintenance within client's systems using FIS tools and enterprise database (EDB).
• Collaborate with the Department Manager and Senior Project Manager on process improvements.
