Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, familiar with Outlook/Word/Access.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL, preferred.
• FIS Global Plus experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Agile team environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct side-by-side reviews of two core data sets to identify, document, and resolve discrepancies across feeds; validate client tax cost (Lot) information.
• Perform daily reconciliation of dual data streams to maintain data accuracy.
• Identify processes that can benefit from automation or changes to reduce manual dependencies for tax cost input.
• Lead, manage, and document special projects as assigned by Tax Operations manager.
• Learn source data specific to tax lot maintenance using FIS tools and enterprise database (EDB).
• Collaborate with Department Manager and Senior Project Manager on process improvement projects.
