Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager (Tax Credit Compliance) to manage daily financial operations, resident relations, and on-site supervision. The role includes processing payments, coordinating with vendors, and enforcing lease terms to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions by collecting and posting rent and other payments and prepares daily bank deposits and monthly close-out reports.
• Operates the property management software and ensures data integrity with timely entries and backups.
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid or late fees, communicates with residents, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Follows eviction procedures, handles move-outs, and processes deposits and fees per policy and law.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager and assists with leasing and showing apartments.
