Protech Staffing in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Tax Credit Admin for the multifamily property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.

Key responsibilities include property tours, assisting in leasing from application to lease signing, responding to inquiries, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite.
• CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features.
• Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Handle lease renewals and rental payments.
• Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.
• Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.
• Entering and updating information in computer system.
• Following up on work orders.
• Maintaining files.
• Assisting with rent collections.
• Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.
