Greenspoon Marder’s Tax Controversy group is seeking an associate to join our Downtown Denver office. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of experience or an LLM in tax and a strong interest in state and federal tax audits, litigation and collection matters. Experience with accounting, Bank Secrecy Act, payroll tax, and other types of federal and state audits is also desirable. Attention to detail, organization, and effective writing are important for this position. Colorado Bar required.

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $145,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
