Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of experience handling corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience with M&A, private equity, joint ventures, governance and partnership issues.
• New York Bar admission required.
• Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience.

Job description

The New York office is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience handling general corporate/commercial matters, M&A transactions, preferably including private equity and other equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, and partnership issues. Knowledge of securities law and technology are a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and law firm experience. New York Bar is required.

The expected salary range for this position is between $180,000 to $250,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
