Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 5 years of tax experience with a focus on US information reporting, withholding, FATCA, and CRS.
• Strong working knowledge of IRS requirements under Chapters 3, 4, and 61, including year-end reporting obligations within scope.
• Experience leading or managing a team, including coaching and talent development responsibilities.
• Experience contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tax compliance function and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Provide technical leadership across information reporting, withholding, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive process transformation and operational efficiency, including automation and control enhancements.
• Develop a high-performing tax compliance team with coaching and career development.
• Set performance expectations and manage capacity planning across competing deliverables.
• Identify and implement process transformations to improve scalability and reduce risk.
• Partner with technology and operations teams to automate manual processes and improve data quality.
