JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead the Regulatory Reporting Policy team within Corporate Finance in New York. You will shape Firmwide regulatory reporting practices, interpret requirements, and support internal stakeholders with training and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required and strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in banking or capital markets with regulatory reporting exposure.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to work with senior management.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and deliver on deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with changes in regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of regulatory reporting trainings.
• Drive initiatives supporting firmwide training frameworks.
• Provide SME on regulatory reporting changes and implementations.
• Offer interpretation and guidance on regulatory reporting issues.
• Coordinate assessments of proposed changes to US regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with regulatory reporting teams to implement new rules.
• Participate in policy implementation initiatives and provide updates to committees.
• Define and maintain firmwide regulatory reporting policy and guidelines.
• Liaise with regulators for interpretations.
• Develop internal FAQs for regulators.
