Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tax Compliance Vice President to lead the asset wealth management tax reporting function.

You will drive day-to-day tax compliance, partner with business, product, and technology teams, and deliver accurate, well-controlled reporting while guiding a high-performing team through automation and controls enhancements. You will oversee FATCA/CRS and Chapter 3/4/61 reporting, manage end-to-end lifecycle activities, and ensure timely and compliant filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 5 years of tax experience with focus on US information reporting, withholding, FATCA and CRS.
• Strong knowledge of IRS Chapters 3, 4, and 61 and year-end reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day tax compliance function and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end tax reporting lifecycle, including data sourcing, validation, controls, issue management and filing (1042-S, 1042, 1099).
• Drive process transformation, automation, and control enhancements while developing a high-performing team.
• Set performance expectations and coach across the team; manage capacity and prioritization of deliverables.
• Partner with technology and operations to automate manual processes and improve data quality and monitoring.
