Qualifications

• Academic Degree in Tax, Economics or similar field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Tax Compliance.
• Background in consulting environment, mainly in Big4 or Second Tier companies, is valued.
• Full English proficiency.
• Experience in team management.
• Some experience in business commercial development.
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technical and advisory Tax Compliance projects for a wide range of domestic and global clients.
• Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities.
• Manage timings and expectations with customers.
• Deliver quality deliverables/solutions using tax compliance knowledge and leverage technology.
• Advise local and multinational companies to align tax compliance with business strategy.
• Ensure submission of corporate tax obligations and other compliance/reporting obligations.
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business.
• Contribute to the team's productivity and motivation with strong communication.
