Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and comprehensive tax reporting for financial institutions. You will gather customer documents, update records, and provide indirect tax reporting such as WHT, GST, and VAT.

This role involves global compliance, entity classification, and advisory on substance laws. You’ll lead complex projects, manage budgets and resource plans, and travel as needed to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance or Economics; master’s preferred
• Typically 5–7 years in tax consulting or tax operations
• BAC/CPA or attorney licensure required or preferred
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax reporting solutions across global/regulatory standards
• Manage client relationships and provide advisory support on compliance
• Oversee technology-driven tax reporting process implementations
