Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role operates with general supervision and requires proactive collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams across the firm. Strong editing, storytelling, and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with the Communications and Engagement team and stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles, news page, etc.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and liaise with video production teams.
• Collect metrics to gauge reach and engagement of internal campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with Service Lines, Industry and functional groups.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet client commitments and deadlines.
