Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Manager, Digital Tax Solutions to lead engagements from proposal, scoping, design, build and deployment of tax automation tools. You will market, network, and develop client relationships while collaborating with Tax AI leadership across multiple offices.

The role requires 5+ years in technology or tax systems, CPA/EA or equivalent preferred, and ability to travel 10–25%. Remote collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred.
• Five or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• CPA, Attorney, or EA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from proposal/scoping to design, build, test and deployment.
• Develop training and documentation for client hand-off.
• Support post-implementation via on-site or virtual go-lives and ongoing consulting.
• Travel to client sites up to 10–25% as needed.
