Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Manager, Digital Tax Solutions to lead tax automation engagements from proposal to go-live. You will oversee design, building, testing, deployment, and training, with emphasis on client service, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of tax data and technology, and the ability to develop and implement innovative tax solutions for clients across the firm, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients or projects and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
• Leads planning or project delivery meetings and prepares high level scoping and proposals.
• Manages client expectations and requirements; ensures projects stay on time and within budget.
