Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Manager, Digital Tax Solutions, to collaborate with clients and teams to implement tax automation tools. The role drives marketing, networking and business development, and oversees engagements from proposal to deployment, including training and documentation for client hand-off.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• CPA, Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) certifications preferred.
• Leadership experience and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients or projects and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
• Manages client expectations and requirements, and gathers client requirements for proposals.
• Oversees engagement scope, budgeting, and delivery from proposal to client hand-off.
• Supports training and documentation during client hand-off and post-implementation support.
