CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking Tax/Audit Interns for CA locations (Carlsbad, Century City, Irvine, Ontario, Pasadena). The start is January 2028 and ends April 2028. Interns will prepare various tax returns, assist with audits, and gain hands-on experience across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic accounting knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.
• Gains experience with procedures, workpapers and systems.
