• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a dedicated Client Care Specialist to gather client information and review each client's tax situation.
• Leverage advanced technology to prepare returns while reviewing results for accuracy and personalized advice.
• Ask open-ended questions and listen actively to understand client needs and identify savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and questions.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information with guidance and resources.
• Continue building tax knowledge through ongoing training to grow confidence and effectiveness.
