Responsibilities

• Review each client’s tax situation and provide clear, actionable guidance.
• Collaborate with a Client Care Specialist to gather client information and ensure a smooth experience.
• Use advanced technology to prepare returns and focus on accuracy and personalized advice.
• Ask open-ended questions and listen actively to identify client needs and savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and questions.
• Continuously build tax knowledge through training to improve client service.
• Foster strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork.
