Formación

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills with clear explanations.
• Problem-solving to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED.
