Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course (or equivalent)
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Client Care Specialist to review each client's tax situation and deliver a great experience
• Use HR Block technology to prepare returns while reviewing results for accuracy
• Ask open-ended questions and listen to identify client needs and potential tax savings
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and situations
• Continue building tax knowledge through training to better serve clients
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach
