Following training and coaching, you’ll develop tax knowledge, ask open-ended questions, and identify savings opportunities while collaborating with teammates to deliver a great client experience.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems as well as AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

• Partner with a dedicated Client Care Specialist to gather client information and review each client's tax situation
• Leverage HR Block's advanced technology to prepare returns and provide personalized advice
• Ask open-ended questions and actively listen to identify client needs and tax-saving opportunities
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and situations
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information with guidance and resources
• Continue building tax knowledge through ongoing training to serve clients effectively
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach
