OneSource Virtual (OSV) is hiring a Tax Analytics Specialist to manage payroll and tax reconciliations in an outsourcing setting across US jurisdictions. The role targets candidates with 2–3 years in Tax or Payroll and strong data analysis skills.

You will collect and analyze data to resolve tax discrepancies and communicate findings to customers in a fast-paced environment. OSV emphasizes growth, collaboration, and delivering trusted services.

Formación

• 2-3 years of related Payroll and/or tax experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax rules and requirements.
• Use internal data analytics to research and resolve tax discrepancies.
• Ability to respond quickly, independently, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a high demand, fast paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner.
• Processes various mathematical calculations to determine how the data will conclude the best solutions.
• Analysis of tax/payroll data on the employer and employee level of inspecting.
• Transforming the goal of discovery, suggesting conclusions and supporting decision-making.
• Ensures that the appropriate action taken, complies with the tax authority requirement.
• Responsible for communicating to customers and document the cause of the tax discrepancy.
