OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Payroll Tax Case Administrator to manage POA and TPA across tax jurisdictions, ensuring timely and compliant authorizations. The role supports high-volume periods, collaborates with agencies and customers, and maintains accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of tax experience
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
• Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end POA and TPA process across jurisdictions
• Review jurisdictional requirements and ensure documents are accurate and compliant
• Coordinate with tax agencies, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Monitor pending, rejected, and outstanding POA/TPA requests and follow up
• Provide guidance and create/update SOPs for POA/TPA processes
• Assist with tax case handling during high-volume periods and maintain queue health
