Colliers International is seeking a Tax Analyst within our Commercial Mortgage Servicing team. The role focuses on processing property tax payments, escrow analysis, and MIP payments for a large portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of office experience preferred.
• Commercial mortgage servicing experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Monitor property taxes for loans with escrows; ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Perform escrow analyses to ensure sufficient funds for taxes, insurance, and Mortgage Insurance Premiums.
• Assist with setup and payment of Mortgage Insurance Premiums (MIP) as needed.
• Conduct due diligence of loan documents to ensure proper loan setup and servicing.
