Job summary

Colliers International in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mortgage Portfolio Servicing Analyst to join our team and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans for life insurance company clients. You will review financial statements, monitor risks via KPIs, and ensure data integrity across loan systems.

Responsibilities include loan boarding, investor reporting, insurance compliance, escrow analysis, and assisting the Managing Director with borrower requests.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CRE mortgage loan portfolio management and servicing experience.
• Experience with CREFC methodology in Financial Statement Analysis.
• Thorough understanding of KPIs such as Debt Yield, DSCR, LTV, Cap Rates, Occupancy Costs, Breakeven.
• Experience using FICS (Commercial Servicer) Loan Management Software or other comparable software.
• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• You review and prepare periodic financial statement analysis (quarterly/annually) for properties in the loan servicing portfolio.
• You track Key Performance Indicators in order to identify any potential negative trends or risks and make oral and written recommendations for mitigating risks.
• You will manage administrative functions of a commercial mortgage loan portfolio and maintain data integrity in the Loan System.
• You have experience surveilling diverse complex portfolio of commercial real estate mortgage loans.
• You will take care of Loan Administration duties including loan boarding, cashiering, investor reporting, insurance compliance review, escrow analysis, verification of paid real estate taxes, UCC continuations and preparation of payoff estimates.
• You will assist the Managing Director in the revision, analysis, and written recommendations of Borrower Request to lender.
