Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States, guiding clients through tax preparation and advisory services. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You’ll grow the local client base through outreach and community events, while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to build a thriving practice and lasting relationships with

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Lead local growth: outreach, grassroots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience with in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Build long-term relationships and a trusted local presence as a TurboTax Expert.
