Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at chosen TurboTax locations across the United States, helping clients with in-person and virtual tax support while building a local business within the community.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, and grow your local client base through outreach and events, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week. Training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, marketing support, events, and community partnerships.
