Job summary

Savant Wealth Management is seeking an Admin Specialist to support the Tax Team in-person at the Plymouth, MI office (also serving as needed for Rockford, IL or St. Charles, IL). The role involves clerical duties, client communications, and coordinating tax-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will manage filing, document uploads, scheduling, and preparation of tax-related correspondences, while maintaining a collaborative and service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative support experience, ideally in financial services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails promptly with professional communication.
• Assist with tax season activities and client information tracking.
• Prepare communications, invoices, and engagement letters for planning projects.
• Schedule meetings based on staff and room availability and assist with CE seminars or webinars.
• Maintain filing systems, electronic and physical, and upload documents to client portals.
