Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred relevant accounting or tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with federal, state, and local tax filings and related reports.
• Maintain tax records and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Access TNTAP and tax portals, retrieve notices and track filing status.
• Review invoices for correct sales and use tax treatment and escalate questions.
• Calculate sales/use tax and prepare supporting documentation for remittance.
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, capitalization, and disposals.
• Coordinate with Accounting Specialists and management on complex matters.
• Support PILOT programs and other local tax incentives compliance.
