Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Tavern Bartender to deliver hospitality and crafted drinks for our guests. Join a spirited team that values service, quality, and community involvement and offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

The role emphasizes prompt service, product knowledge, and maintaining a professional bar environment while upholding state liquor laws and safety standards.

Competenze

• A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate computerized cash register system.

Mansioni

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
