Jackson Family Wines is seeking a dynamic wine sales professional for La Crema in a fast-paced environment, focusing on curating exceptional guest experiences and delivering best-in-class customer service. You will train Estate Hosts, build relationships in-person, by phone and via email, and contribute to outbound sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in sales, customer service or hospitality.
• Fluent English with strong storytelling about wines.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maximize in-person experiences and outbound sales campaigns.
• Develop relationships with clients in-person, by phone and email.
• Assist with club shipments and new wine releases outreach.
• Open and close the tasting room; act as supervisor when needed.
• Support events and training for staff.
