Job summary
St. Julian Winery – Troy Tasting Room is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Key Holder to lead guest experiences and help run the Troy location. You will work with a friendly, fast-paced team, delivering great customer service and guiding guests through tastings and purchases.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are valued. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and you can earn tips in addition to hourly pay while enjoying employee discounts and hands-on training.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead enjoyable wine tastings for guests.
- Help guests find wines they love and complete purchases.
- Open and close the tasting room as scheduled.
- Assist with cash handling, closing procedures, and deposits.
- Guide and support Wine Consultants during shifts.
- Assist with events, promotions, and busy tasting room weekends.
- Restock wine and merchandise and maintain attractive displays.
- Keep the tasting room organized, welcoming, and guest-ready.
