Job summary

St. Julian Winery in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking a part-time Wine Consultant / Key Holder to lead tastings, engage guests, and help manage daily operations in the Frankenmuth Tasting Room.

You will open/close the room, handle cash, train staff, and contribute to events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Weekend/holiday availability is required and teamwork is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and educational wine tastings in a fun, approachable way.
• Create memorable guest experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
• Support and help lead events, promotions, and daily operations.
• Open and close the tasting room, including cash handling and nightly deposits.
• Maintain inventory, restock products, and ensure attractive displays.
• Assist in coaching and supporting team members on the floor.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and largest winery, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wine Consultant / Key Holder to join our Frankenmuth Tasting Room. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role while sharing your love of wine and helping create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Experience That’s a Plus:

• Wine knowledge (we will continue to build on it with you!)

Position Details:

• Location: Frankenmuth Tasting Room
• Part-Time – Up to 29 hours per week
• On-Site – No remote work available
