Responsibilities

• Operate the tasting room daily, including opening/closing, staff management, and POS/reservation systems.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage tasting room staff; oversee facilities and maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate private events and tastings with clients and partners.
• Maintain client relationships and manage inquiries; prospect new reservations.
• Support social media outreach and regular customer communications.
