Job summary

Little Vineyards Family Winery in Glen Ellen, Sonoma Wine Country, seeks a friendly Tasting Room Associate to greet guests, pour handcrafted wines and share the Little story.

In this role you will lead engaging tastings, drive wine sales, manage POS transactions, maintain a clean tasting room, and assist with events while weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or training is valued.
• Good wine knowledge and willingness to share stories.
• Ability to promote wine club sign-ups and handle sales.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused with multitasking skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

About Us

Join our little family in Glen Ellen, the heart of Sonoma Wine Country! We pride ourselves on exceptional wine and genuine hospitality. As the face of our estate, you will share our story, pour handcrafted wines, promote wine sales and encourage new wine club signups.

Operating Hours

Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Weekend availability is required.

What You Will Do

• Deliver Hospitality: Welcome guests with warm, authentic service.
• Share Our Story: Lead engaging, educational wine tastings.
• Drive Sales: Promote wine sales, merchandise, and wine club memberships.
• Operations: Handle POS transactions; keep the tasting room clean and stocked.
• Build Connections: Foster relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Support Events: Assist with special events and daily setup/teardown.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour.
• Incentives: Bonus structure based on wine club sign-ups (non-commissioned) and tips.
