Job summary

MicroHealth is seeking a qualified Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) to serve as the single point of contact with the AAS COR and USMEPCOM TPOC for all matters related to operational and technical delivery. The TOPM will oversee overall performance of the Task Order, ensuring work standards are met, schedules are maintained, and personnel are effectively managed.

This role requires active Secret Clearance and PMI PMP or PgMP certification, with at least seven years leading IT and mission support

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Active Secret Clearance.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification required.
• 7+ years as TOPM leading IT and mission support services.
• 5+ years planning and executing complex IT tasks with minimal government direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's single TO manager and primary liaison with the AAS COR and USMEPCOM TPOC.
• Formulate and enforce work standards across the task order.
• Assign and manage contractor schedules.
• Review and resolve work discrepancies.
• Supervise contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors.
• Maintain overall accountability for task order performance and delivery outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned
