MicroHealth LLC is seeking a Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) to serve as the single point of contact with the AAS COR and USMEPCOM TPOC for all operational and technical delivery matters. The TOPM will ensure performance, met timelines, and effective personnel management.

Active Secret Clearance is required. The role demands seven years as TOPM in IT and mission support, five years planning complex IT tasks with minimal oversight, and PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in the past ten years as a TOPM leading IT and mission support services.
• Minimum of five years planning and executing complex IT tasks with minimal government direction.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the contractor's single TO manager and primary liaison with the AAS COR and USMEPCOM TPOC.
• Formulate and enforce work standards across the task order.
• Assign and manage contractor schedules.
• Review and resolve work discrepancies.
• Supervise contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors.
• Maintain overall accountability for task order performance and delivery outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
