Job summary

Ariel Partners is seeking a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) with an active Secret clearance to oversee large task orders and coordinate with Government stakeholders in Fort Belvoir, VA. The TOPM ensures timely execution of technical solutions and manages cross-functional teams across IT, e-discovery, and contracting controls.

The role requires PMP or equivalent, extensive experience with ESI, and leadership in public/private sectors, including litigation support. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
• At least 10 years in ESI and electronic discovery.
• At least 5 years leadership in IT/ediscovery or consulting.
• At least 5 years of litigation support experience.
• Experience with Exterro platform for data review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day task order execution and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead technical work, schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Develop project plans, cost accounting, risk assessments, and schedules.
• Prepare contract reports and monitor progress for PM/Government action.
• Manage ESI governance and preserve metadata per Federal requirements.
