Position: Task Manager Master
Location: Falls Church, VA

Knowesis, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is currently seeking an exceptional Task Manager Master to lead and manage a team providing business operations and executive support services to the DHA, SDD, RMED, and ADHCA. This role involves ensuring the effective execution of tasks related to administration, executive support, facilities management, and tasker/correspondence management. The Task Manager Master is responsible for maintaining high standards of performance and aligning team efforts with the DHA's objectives.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Public Trust clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Lead and manage a team of support staff providing business operations support to SDD, RMED, and ADHCA.
2. Oversee tasker and correspondence management processes.
3. Ensure efficient administration and executive support services.
4. Support facilities management activities.
5. Align team activities with DHA strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading and managing a team of similar size and complexity.
• Responsible for/provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet the Organization Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
