Crowned Grace International seeks a highly skilled Task Manager Master specializing in Stakeholder Engagement to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders at the Defense Health Agency. This position requires at least 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, active experience as a Task Manager, overseeing a team of a similar size and complexity. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Assist with the hiring and interviewing process, identifying candidates who possess the appropriate skills and qualifications.
• Maintain and enhance the team's skillset to support legacy products and modernization efforts.
• Provide oversight and direction for various tasks and projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Continuously assess team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
